Doodle God: Elemental puzzling fun

What maketh a man or woman? Is it water, fire, earth, or something a little more mystical? Why don’t you play this game and experiment to see if you can make one — so to speak?

Forget hopes of sex ed 101, Doodle God – on Nokia X – is a little more basic than that.

Everything is made up of something.

A chair isn’t made up of ‘chair’; it’s made out of wood. And that wood comes from a tree, which harnessed energy from the sun for photosynthesis and used water and nutrients from the soil to help it grow.

Starting with some base elements, your goal in Doodle God is to see how many different items you can make from a seemingly limitless combination of elements.

Starting at the microbial level, you will slowly build up your catalogue that will open new combinations. Before you know it, you’ll be combining the wheel with a donkey to create the very first automobile.

From there, it’s only a matter of time before you realize how to make some type of combustible fuel, and voilĂ , you have a spaceship.

Alas, with such power comes great responsibility. Will you go a step too far and create the end of everything? Only time will tell.

Doodle God for Nokia X is available now from the Nokia Store — for free.
