AUSTIN, TX, United States – It’s March in Texas, which means South by Southwest is upon us.  The annual gathering of social media types, marketing and advertising and community thought leaders is what South By Southwest is all about.

Even though the forecast is rainy for the first few days of SXSW Interactive, tens of thousands of enthusiastic tech heads will descend upon Austin, Texas in a celebration of thoughts, new ideas and innovative applications and networks.

Nokia will be at SXSW for both the Interactive portion starting from Friday, March 9th.

To find us, look for the amazing Nokia Lab, which is a 3-domed structure at the corner of 2nd and Brazos in downtown Austin, just a few blocks from the Convention Center. Nokia’s R&D lab is being ripped from its snowy perch in northern Finland and dropped into the middle of the warmer climes of central Texas.

Those who visit the Lab will be able to see the Nokia Lumia portfolio of Windows Phone devices, including the much-anticipated Nokia Lumia 900 from AT&T and the recently launched Nokia Lumia 710 and Nokia Lumia 800.
