Today NVIDIA has launched two new GPUs that are optimized for performance, compact in size, and highly power efficient: the GeForce GTX 750 and GeForce GTX 750 Ti. These new GPUs are the first to be based on the new power-optimized and performance-enhanced NVIDIA Maxwell architecture. With configurations starting at $119.95 for the GeForce GTX 750 and $139.99 for the GeForce GTX 750 Ti, these new GPUs are compatible with almost any gaming budget.

In order to show the capabilities of these new GPUs, I’ve put together the following side-by-side chart:

As you can see, there are many similarities between the cards with the major difference being the additional cores that are included with the GTX 750 Ti (640 compared to 512 on the GTX 750). These ultra-power-efficient cards also feature improved ShadowPlay performance, a small 5.7” board size, great overclocking capabilities, and both don’t require a power connector.

Want to know more? You can check out the all the details on GeForce.com, and I’ll also be posting a hands-on report covering the GeForce GTX 750 Ti shortly. I can’t wait to try this card with DirectX games on Windows 8.1 - stay tuned!
