These new tablets come powered with Windows 8.1. The Venue 8 Pro is the 8-inch model with a bright HD IPS display and optional integrated 4G LTE. It also has long battery life. This little device perfect for watching movies from Xbox Video or Netflix, reading books from Nook, or playing games. You can also get the optional Dell Active Stylus for writing notes in Microsoft OneNote. You can also pick up the optional wireless keyboard dock too. The Venue 8 Pro will come in black and red color options. Count me in on the red!

The Dell Venue 11 Pro is the 11-inch model. It too comes with a beautiful full HD display. It also has a removable (replaceable) battery as well. You can also get the Venue 11 Pro with a Dell Active Stylus, Dell Slim or Mobile Keyboards (the Dell Mobile Keyboard comes with an battery so it can extend the battery life of your Venue 11 Pro tablet by 50%), and a Dell Tablet Desktop Dock with 3 USB 3.0 ports and dual display-out ports (full size HDMI and full size DisplayPort). With the Venue 11 Pro, you can be productive with a tablet that has the power of an Ultrabook.

These new tablets from Dell aren’t just good for use at home – both tablets feature optional advanced security and manageability features such as TPM along with the above mentioned accessory options that make them great for use in businesses as well.

Both tablets come powered by the new Intel Atom quad-core processors, formally code named “Bay Trail.” However, the Venue 11 Pro can come with up to 4th generation Intel Core i3 and i5 processors too.

The Venue 8 Pro will be available on October 18 via Dell.com in the U.S. and select countries around the world starting at $299.99 (U.S.). The Venue 11 Pro will be available in November starting at $499.99 (U.S.).

Dell XPS 11:

The new Dell XPS 11 is super thin, light, and compact. It has what Dell calls a “tablet-first” design with laptop functionality. It transitions from a tablet to a laptop with a 360 degree rotating hinge design. The XPS 11 comes with a Quad HD 2560x1440 display for a bright, clear, and colorful viewing experience. It also comes with a backlit keyboard.

The XPS 11 will be available in November starting at $999.99 (U.S.).

Dell XPS 13:

Dell is updating their XPS 13 with 4th generation Core i7 processors, Intel HD 4400 graphics and longer battery life (up to 10.5 hours!). The XPS 13 has an edge-to-edge display that fits into a footprint similar to an 11-inch laptop. It’s really thin and really light (2.99 lbs.). I currently have the first generation XPS 13 and absolutely love its design. The XPS 13 also comes with optional touch now too.

The updated XPS 13 will be available in November starting at $999.99 (U.S.).

Dell XPS 15:

The new Dell XPS 15 is a multimedia powerhouse. It has a stunning screen – a Quad HD+ display (with optional touch) packs 5.7 million pixels into the screen which is about 5 times more than normal HD. This is the perfect laptop for creative professionals and enthusiasts. It comes powered with 4th generation Intel Core i5 and i7 quad core processor options and NVIDIA discrete graphics options. You can get the XPS 15 with SSD configuration options that enables it to boot and resume within seconds (500GB to 1TB, both with a 32GB mSATA SSD, to a 512GB SSD).
