If you weren’t aware, Microsoft recently released a Facebook application for Windows Mobile. We’ve heard some users have been having problems with installation and a new copy of the app has been posted. This version should help anyone that was getting the “cannot install due to insufficient privileges” error and it should also help with some hanging errors.
You’ll want to uninstall the old application and then make sure that the facebook.vol and fbmail.vol files are deleted from your root directory before reinstalling. You can get the new .cab file at the download center or from your phone.
I found your blog on google and read a few of your other posts. I just added you to my Google News Reader. Keep up the good work. Look forward to reading more from you in the future.
We have been waiting for the launch of android for a long time, finally it came with Motorola cellphone & sprint package.
It's a real powerful system with tons of applications & very smooth operation.
Reading your article has reminded me that this is a place I really must put on my 'to visit' list.

I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't show status/news comments, doesn't automatically update on load, and doesn't have "live news feed". As well as chat. It's kind of unfinished. I'm also using the Skyfire FB service, which does show comments, but Skyfire sucks down battery power.
I just saw this weekend that there is a new application for Windows Mobile 6 devices called Friend Mobilizer and just recently downloaded it on a couple of devices to try out.
I think the main draw back to the windows version of the application compared to the Apple version is that you cannot insteant message someone on the windows version compared to the apple one. which is such a shame
ive used the facebook application on the iPhone and thats a lot better than this one simply because you can see who is on line and instant message them, which seems to be the only real floor i have noticed in the windows version which is such a shame as you would have exspected them to have include that
This is certainly the best that I read today in the Internet
Why (w/v1.007 on hd2) can't you copy/paste in the "Update Status" box? The only available options (besides Post) are Clear & Cancel.
