Earlier this month, TripAdvisor launched their app for Windows to the Windows Store. With TripAdvisor, you can plan a trip by comparing airfares to find great deals, find the best hotels, and great restaurants to eat at. TripAdvisor also has over 125 million reviews and opinions by other travelers, tons of photos, and maps. If you’re already out and about on a trip, you can use the “Near Me Now” feature to discover places near you (or any address you enter). And you can use the Search charm in Windows 8.1 to share out content from TripAdvisor like search results for flights and hotels and more.

Today, Bing is rolling out updates to Smart Search in Windows 8.1 and Bing.com that brings the ability to quickly and easily compare hotel prices from the world’s largest travel site, TripAdvisor. TripAdvisor is one of the first apps to integrate with Bing Smart Search, which enables you to click directly into the app when it is relevant to whatever you’re searching for.
