Seasons greetings from Nokia and UNICEF

Nokia-seasons-greetingsGLOBAL – Once again Nokia has teamed up with UNICEF to enable Nokia customers and employees to send season’s greetings e-cards and for each one opened, Nokia will be making a donation to UNICEF’s Schools for Africa initiative. Last year the campaign generated around €250,000, which was put towards the reconstruction of cyclone hit schools in Myanmar.

Sending a card is a cinch. Go to Nokia.com/seasonsgreetings/ fill in your details and you’ll have a rather tasty looking snowglobe card winging its way to your recipients. For each one that opens it, Nokia will add to the UNICEF fund.

The Schools for Africa initiative is designed to create a better education for children in Africa. Providing basic, but quality, education for over 4-million children in sub-Saharan Africa, there’s a defined focus on those who are poorest and disadvantaged. Orphans, girls, children with disabilities and other vulnerable children all benefit from this long-term program. Check out the video below and if you’d like to send a card, head over to Nokia.com/seasonsgreetings.
