Nokia in China – Video

Nokia-BeijingBEIJING, China – This week we’re turning the spotlight on Nokia’s facility in Beijing. What is a key manufacturing base for Nokia, the facility also sports research and development, marketing and testing facilities. Over the next four days we’ll be bringing you a range of videos highlighting the various elements that make up the Nokia facility in Beijing. Each offers a unique insight into the facility and what goes into manufacturing devices in China.

In our first video, David Tang, VP of Nokia China tells us how the Beijing facility uses the same standards and practices as other Nokia manufacturing facilities, with the same levels of quality and high standards seen elsewhere. The result is consumers can’t distinguish between a device manufactured in China or any other facility. We also hear from some of the Beijing employees and get an overview of the various activities carried out at the facility. Enjoy!
