Nokia N8 seems to capture the best new sports talent. We saw a host of the young and hungry immortalized in the recent Nokia N8 Producers shoot out: dazzling skateboard trickery, snazzy parkour skills, and awesome BMX aerials at sunset – all captured with some crafty mobile camera work. Now, Nseries Blog has the heads up on a mobile movie by Finnish snowboarding magazine Slammer. Peter Hasselgren, Editor-in-chief and photographic swami at Slammer, tells us the film casts a pack of rookie riders alongside some freestyle glitterati: world champions like Eero Ettala (remember him?) and Enni Rukajärvi. This winter, an avalanche of footage will hit Slammer as young hopefuls submit the stuff they’ve shot on Nokia N8. Join us soon as we sift through a mountain of snow video in the editing room.
