LAS VEGAS, NV, United States – At CES, there are a lot of companies trying to get the word out about their services. Marketing tactics can sometimes be overwhelming and too ‘in your face’.

This year, for CES, Nokia had a multi-pronged approach that did a stellar job of being helpful and informative, and all the while, telling the story about Nokia’s re-emergence into the US market with the Nokia Lumia 900 and Lumia 710 launches.

Nokia hit the ground running by providing a double decker bus ride from the airport to the hotels on the strip.

Also, through a Foursquare-powered contest, phones and accessories were given to lucky winners.

Other outreach efforts included shuttle rides around town, breakdancers at the monorail stations and other inviting experiences. We loved the look of the booth, with its branded metro-styled canopy and the lollipops. All goes to show Nokia had it licked at CES 2012.
