Nokia Lumia 800 – 'a very attractive bit of kit'

Friend of Nokia Connects, Stephen Langham, has been taking a look at the Nokia Lumia 800, and he’s impressed with the exterior (as the headline might have given away a little bit).

But what about the insides? He starts by examining the UI and was ‘somewhat surprised with the sleek, tile-like layout’. Good start there. The fact that it is built with the user in mind and was easy to use were also factors that he found appealing. He also mentioned a feature that I hadn’t taken into account until now – that the OS ‘compliments the design of the Lumia’. Interesting point.

The features of the OS also kept Stephen ‘entertained’, and he brings particular attention to the People Hub and the fact that the camera is ‘no exception’ to the usual line of good cameras found in Nokias.

Overall Stephen says that the Nokia Lumia 800 ‘stands out from the crowd’ – do you agree? Have you had a hands on? Got one yourself? Share your thoughts with us by dropping a comment, or sending us a Twittery-type message @Nokia_Connects.
