Mobile payments are becoming kind of a big deal: A new international mobile payments service called Beamit has just raised another $2.4 million (with much coming from Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos) in another round of seed funding. The startup’s goal is to provide transparency and reduce inefficiencies when it comes to transferring money internationally.
