Go Right to enjoy a wonderful video game nostalgia trip

We hate to think how much time we spent as kids playing 8-bit and 16-bit video games, but it was certainly enough to have those pixelated adventures burnt into our memories forever. And we’re not the only ones. YouTuber RockyPlanetesimal has put together a beautiful compilation in homage to those old school classics, featuring one thing they all share. Not shooting, or beeping or jumping, but the simple act of walking right. Go right, combines a colourful montage of clips with Michael Nyman’s “A Wild And Distant Shore”. The result got our hearts pumping and thumbs twitching. To see why, sit back, grab a joystick and wallow in nostalgia.
