Old spec tech: The museum of obsolete objects



Sometimes we forget how insanely fast new tech is being created. If you ever want to put these advances into perspective, you should check out creative agency Jung von Matt/Next’s poignant little web museum. Dedicated to the ‘lost technological marvels of the 20th century’, it arranges technologies not by the year they were invented, but the year they became obsolete. It made us wistful and amazed both at the same time.
