“Mad Scientist” Rob Flickenger has created his own DIY Tesla Gun. What does that mean? It is essentially a hand-held lightning machine, shooting out 24 inches of 100,000 volt electricity. Inspired by the graphic novel “The Five Fists of Science,” Flickenger claims that the project is more about the art and less about the destruction.
