The increasing ubiquity of technology at our fingertips doesn’t appear to be slowing down any time soon, and now it seems to be moving from our fingertips to our feet. Or at least that’s the goal of Spanish Tech Company, Via Inteligente, with their new product called iPavement. Each iPavement calcium carbonate panel is loaded with a 5 GB processor, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and will allow users to access a wealth of information on their surroundings including maps to different locations, offers for coupons for local businesses and apps that help them get the most of the city’s offerings.
