You can always bank on British street artist Banksy to cause a stir. This is, apparently, his latest work and it follows in the the fine tradition of highlighting a social issue, in this case child labour.  As ever, he’s managed to combine a dark humour with his message, by making use of flags currently bedecking London for the Queen’s 60th Jubilee celebrations.
