He covers everything from design, to hardware ‘innards’ (my word, I think I’ll start using it more), to battery life, to what’s ‘under the bonnet’ (his phrase, and I like that too, for North American readers, insert ‘hood’ for bonnet). The Live Tiles get specific attention as being ‘absolutely awesome’, and the video recording at 720p is a ‘really nice feature’. It’s an honest review that balances a couple of gripes with the positives, but this is what I think a newcomer will want to see before making a purchase decision.
