London’s leading estate agents, Foxtons, recently chose the Nokia Lumia 820 as its business smartphone due to its tight integration with the company’s existing Microsoft infrastructure.

Foxtons currently has 35 offices throughout London and two in Surrey, and let and sell around 1,400 properties every month and has so far deployed around 900 devices to its employees.

As you can see in the video above, the Nokia Lumia 820 is enabling Foxtons and its employees to be as productive as possible, through use of the built-in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and SkyDrive.

While out of the office employees can check work files, such as Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations or Word documents remotely, without having to return to the office. These can often be shared with a whole team of people and each one with editing rights, so collaboration is really easy.

In addition to this, HERE Drive and HERE Maps provides first-rate navigation when finding clients properties, and HERE City Lens provides the employees with a list of local amenities that possible buyers would be interested in.

Then there’s the camera. Taking amazing photos and videos is really easy and can be sent directly to the buyer via email, or uploaded back to the office via SkyDrive in an instant.

For Foxtons, the Nokia Lumia 820 has become a portable office, ensuring that employees are properly equipped to deal with the day’s tasks.
