Today I thought it would be great to shine a light on what the guys from our Trial a Nokia programme have been up to recently. If you are not aware of the Trial a Nokia programme, it’s where we give you the opportunity to take a phone off of our hands to try out and share your experiences.
We’ll be focusing on the eye-catching Nokia Lumia 720 this time. If you’re not familiar with the phone itself, Dave from Geekanoids has produced this unboxing and first impressions video for you, which gives you a tour of the phone right out of the box.
Telling the Lumia 720’s imaging story we have photographer Andrew, who’s just got back from a photography workshop in Jersey, UK. A self confessed filter fan, Andrew quickly downloaded Lomogram to get his desired effects. Personally, I think the images look great. Andrew was impressed with the camera too, saying the ‘colours are marvelously vibrant’ even after running the photos through Lomogram.
Finally let’s take a look at a more in depth perspective of the phone. For that, we need Nirave from ukmobilereview, who has put together a comprehensive review for us. If you are considering purchasing one for yourself, a friend or a family member, this is definitely worth a read. One of the main things Nirave points out is its value for money.
