The brand new Hipstamatic Oggl app is now available, free, for your Nokia Lumia 928, Lumia 925, Lumia 920, and Lumia 820 from the Windows Phone Store.

So, what is it and why do you want it?

Hipstamatic Oggl is an exciting photography app that offers new, creative options for capturing, editing and sharing images.

It allows photographers to combine various “lenses and films,” or filters, in 100s of different ways. A particular lens affects the look and feel of the photo, while films change the photo’s border, or in some cases turns a color photo into black and white.

The app comes pre-set with five lenses and five films. However, photographers can access Hipstamatic’s entire archive of “camera gear,” (lenses and films) as well as get new gear each month via two subscription options: $2.99 for three months or $9.99 for an entire year.

As part of their exciting new launch for Nokia Lumia phones, Hipstamatic is offering a 60 day free trial of the entire “camera gear” archive for people who download the app and create an account before September 9, 2013.

In addition to helping photographers capture and create stunning photos, Hipstamatic Oggl lets you share them to the Oggl network, as well as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and coming soon, Foursquare, Tumblr and Flickr.

But if getting more creative with your photos is one major draw, the next alluring detail is that the app itself looks absolutely amazing — it pushes the operating system’s design interface further than ever, and is virtual eye candy as you swipe through the app’s features and options.
