NokiaPuck

What do Nokia, Social Media Week and the much-loved game air hockey have in common? Not much, you might think. Well, you’re in for a surprise, because this year Nokia has launched quite possibly the world’s first Twitter based online air hockey game, Nokia Puck.

Hockey’s in the air

Air hockey’s been around for a while. In fact, it was invented over forty years ago by a bunch of engineers from Brunswick, Illinois. The game was such a success that within a year the first Air Hockey Association kicked off. Five years later there was the first of the now firmly established World Championships.
