FIFA 13 by Electronic Arts is a smash hit game on a number of different platforms, and it’s also available to download for your Nokia Asha 501.

With FIFA 13 you’ll be able to play as or against more than 200 football clubs from around the world. The 3D graphics truly differentiate this game from rivals in the Nokia Store, putting you at the heart of the action. And as you might expect, the menus are all intuitive and easy to navigate.

It’s not all about looks either, FIFA 13 is just as fun to play as it is good to look at.

You can choose teams from your favourite leagues, such as the Premier League or Italy’s Serie A, and it’s possible to choose to play individual matches, leagues and cup games.

 

The teams are officially licensed, so you’ll find the likes of Barcelona, Manchester United and Real Madrid, with thousands of famous players making an appearance across the different leagues.

Wayne Rooney, Steven Gerrard, Mesut Ozil and far more from the Premier League are all present and correct, with Messi and Ronaldo standing out as the cream of the crop from across Europe.

Controlling the players couldn’t be easier – it’s just a case of moving your finger around the screen to determine where you want to run, tapping nearby players to pass the ball.

FIFA 13 is faster and smoother than older versions of FIFA, making the gameplay feel more exciting and realistic, and it all adds up to an addictive experience.

 

It’s worth downloading using Wi-Fi on your Nokia Asha 501, as at 1.08MB it will take quite a while to download using your Nokia’s 2G connection.

FIFA 13 costs £3 and it may not be the least expensive app in the Nokia Store, but for football fans it’s definitely a must-have.
