Adobe Photoshop now for your Lumia

Say goodbye to uploading your photos from your phone to the PC to Photoshop. With Adobe Photoshop Express, which uses Photoshop technology, you can edit them right on your Lumia.

Adobe Photoshop Express has a wide array of tools to help turn your already great photo into one that’ll be admired by many.

Let’s start with the basics.

If your photo needs to be a certain size or shape, look no further than the cropping tool. You can use the preconfigured ratios or set your own.

You can also straighten, rotate, or even flip them completely; depending on the look you’re going for.

What if you’ve taken a photo of someone and all you see are glowing eyes? The red-eye removal option will sort that out.

On to some more advanced features, now.

It can happen to the best of us. Out in the field, or in a bar, you’ve taken a photo that looks great, but later realize it looks a little dark.

To save any manual tweaking of the Exposure, Brightness or Shadow levels, the Auto-Fix option is your one-touch hero and takes care of all of them for you.

However, if you like manually adjusting the Exposure, Contrast, Clarity, Vibrancy and any of the other levels, the option is there by using the slider controls.

Of course, what photo-editing app would be complete without filters? Adobe Photoshop Express comes loaded with more than 20 effects that can be applied with just one tap.

Once you’ve perfected your photo, you can share it with the world through Facebook, Instagram, or by email and SMS.

Adobe Photoshop Express is available for free* from the Windows Phone Store today, and runs on Windows Phone 8(.1) devices with 512MB RAM or more.

*Additional in-app purchases, such as The Adobe Looks Pack and Adobe Noise Reduction Pack, are available.
