Lumia Instagramer of the Week: Kamen Kaludov

We’ve no doubt at all that our Lumia Instagramer of the Week, Kamen Kaludov, can identify with this quote by famed photographer Elliott Erwit. Based in the beautiful Bulgarian city of Burgas, on the Black Sea shore, Kamen uses his Lumia to showcase beauty in the details of ordinary things. And he really does have a knack for making the everyday look special as you’ll see when you scroll down the page. But first, let’s hear a few tips and insights from Kamen himself on how he works his photographic magic.
Which Lumia do you have and what do you like most about it?
I use the Lumia 1020. What I like most about it is the camera and the quality of the pictures it takes. I also like all the camera settings you can control from your phone. The most important thing is that it’s always with me when I’m inspired.
Where do you shoot most of your photos and what sort of photos do you like to take best?
I like to take all kind of photos, depending on my surroundings and the mood I’m in. I like to take pictures of everyday things, seen from a different perspective.
What are your top tips for taking Instagram photos on your Lumia?
Take more shots from different angles, with different camera settings to choose from.
