Back in May, we challenged you to capture what soccer means to you and send us your best photos of the world’s favourite sport. We were flooded with colourful, atmospheric, quirky and simply beautiful pictures. But in the end we had to choose just forty finalists. So, while players from across the globe have been dazzling us with their silky skills, these fab forty photographers have been dazzling us with their Lumia 1520s.

Their brief was to capture soccer inspired imagery from their country. There was no limit to how many pictures that could upload and now finally we get a chance to see what they’ve been working on.
