A new global study of 6,000 people worldwide reveals that one in two people are more likely to stick to a resolution if they tell other people about it.
Market research agency 2CV surveyed people from 16 to over 60 years old in the U.S., U.K, India, Germany, Thailand and eight other countries about their 2014 goals.
Top 2014 resolutions worldwide include spending more time helping their family and community and becoming healthier. Looking ahead, respondents said that their top 2015 resolutions include making more money to support their family, traveling, and learning something new.
