Don’t we all just love spotting Lumias in films and music videos?
Over the course of 2014, our bright and colorful Lumia smartphones have featured in a number of entertainment offerings. Here are several of our most favorite and prominent Lumia appearances of the year.
Music videos

The wildly imaginative number, ‘This Is How We Do” by Katy Perry shows color, personality and endless fun. She morphs from a blue-haired ping-pong prodigy in one scene to part of an abstract art painting a la Mondrian in another.
In between eating popsicles and cake, Katy finds the time to chat with her buddies with Skype via a green Lumia 930 and goes on to repeat, “This is how we do” the Lumia way.
Jennifer Lopez: “I Luh Ya Papi”

In this video, J-Lo is surrounded by good-looking men near a pool with her regular dose of oomph and bling! This super-catchy number sees our lady grooving to the beats of the papi tune and clicking photos of the hot lads that come her way with a Lumia 2520.
Film
“Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit”
This action thriller takes the Jack Ryan series to a fifth installment and has Chris Pine in the title role. Doubling as a covert CIA analyst, we see Ryan trying to unearth how terror attacks can be planned with fraudulent financial transactions. While trying to relay this message to his handler, he takes help of the Lumia 1520.
“Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”
Megan Fox is a reporter who is out on a mission to find a gang that’s terrorizing the city. Her research leads her to a dark alley where she spots some unusual activity and makes full use of the camera in her Lumia 820.
Happy that she has found proof and can show it to her bosses, she later finds out that the turtles she was after have deleted her images. She later gets in touch with a scientist over Skype to understand the science behind the turtles’ existence.
