Are you ready to put your imagination to the test and share your creative talents with us? That’s right, everyone — it’s time for another #LumiaChallenge!
Many of you are already well acquainted with Lumia Challenges, and have submitted some fantastic entries to challenges in the past. For those of you that haven’t participated yet, #LumiaChallenge is the perfect opportunity for you to share your creative side with the community. We come up with the theme, and it’s up to you to come up with the prize-winning mobile photograph. Needless to say, it’s a ton of fun.
Windows of Inspiration
The theme for our latest #LumiaChallenge is something that’s dear to all of our hearts: “Windows of inspiration.” There’s no doubt that we’re all big fans of Windows here at Connects, but the windows that we’d love to see from you are a little less digital and a little more architectural. Whether it’s colorful stained glass, a sleek office building that captures the sunset, or a single cozy window pane, we want to see the windows in your life that spark your creativity and inspire you to see art and beauty in the architecture that surrounds you, no matter where you are in this big world. The more impressive and inspiring the better, so don’t be afraid to think outside of the box!
Get inspired
Before you start pondering the windows in your life that catch your eye and your lens, take a look at a few examples from a couple of our talented community members for an extra boost of inspiration.
Massis Sirapian is a French photographer who loves to travel and has captured some incredible shots from around the world with his Lumia. Check out his Flickr stream to get inspired by his gorgeous window shots.
Riadh Larbi is a Germany-based Instagramer-extraordinaire who also loves to travel and create art with his Lumia. Many of his photos include beautiful shots of windows that are truly inspiring. The shot below was taken in Copenhagen, Denmark during one of his recent trips.
The window of opportunity
Are you ready to show your windows to the world? To take part, all you have to do is share your most inspiring shots taken by any mobile device on Twitter or Instagram using #LumiaChallenge. The challenge will remain open for 2 weeks after today, so be sure to share your brilliant, gleaming photos with us before it’s too late. The winner will receive some cool Connects swag, which includes a calendar, bag, notepad and more. As always, be sure to check out the Terms and Conditions as well before you submit your work.
