This week we are at the Cannes Lions Festival in the Cote d’Azur, France. I really love coming to Cannes and events like this because they’re a chance to see the amazing work creators are doing. Whether it’s the awards shows, connecting with creators, or seeing artists at work – this week is perfect to draw inspiration for Surface and to learn more about what our most creative customers are looking for. It is these kind of interactions that have influenced every new generation of Surface device to date.
If you happen to be at the Festival come stop by and say hi! You will find me and some of my colleagues in the Parvis – right by the Palais des Festivals. Stop by, have a glass of rosé, and check out the latest on Surface 3, Surface Pro 3, and the debut of Surface Hub in France. We would love to meet you and connect. If you have time, we’ll show you the latest in our partnership with Adobe – making Surface the most creative devices on the planet.
In our space you will also find the Create Good initiative. All week we have connected non-profit organizations doing meaningful work with some of the best agencies in the business. Together they will tackle challenges facing their organization and engage the delegates at the festival in creative problem solving. Swing by to meet Interbrand and Y&R taking on challenges from the Gleason Project, Special Olympics, & The Bully Project.
If you fancy a glass of rosé come join us at the Surface Sundown on Thursday evening (June 25th) in the Microsoft Beach Club along with our partners from SoDA and Adobe.
