Question: What are the top quiz games on Lumia?

Answer: Here are our seven favorite games for trivia lovers to play on Windows Phone.

Trivia games have enjoyed popularity on television (especially in the U.S.) since the early days of quiz shows, such as “Beat the Clock,” “The $64,000 Question,” and “Twenty One”.

But it wasn’t until the 1980s and the “Trivial Pursuit” craze that quiz games became a phenomenon. Launched in 1981, this classic board game has sold more than 100 million copies in 26 countries in at least 17 languages. More than 50 special editions have been released covering such topics as “Star Wars,” baby boomers, and The Rolling Stones.

Naturally, “Trivial Pursuit” migrated to video games and a version of it has appeared on almost every gaming platform including smartphones such as Lumia—as you’ll see in the list below.

For those of you who like to test your knowledge, either competitively or for your own edification, there are several types of quiz games available on Lumia ranging from serious to silly.
