Nokia Lumia 920

David is a relatively new employee at Nokia, joining us from Scalado, back in July. Nonetheless, he’s already made a big impact, masterminding the creation of the amazing PhotoBeamer app for Nokia Lumia smartphones.

But if David’s Start screen is a reflection of his personality, then it’s actually music that is his real passion.

He admits that they are his guilty pleasure: “Radio and Nokia Music – the apps I spend most time with by far.”

The ones at the top of the screen are a balanced selection.

“Apps with lots of update notifications are on the top,” David told us.

“Messaging, Email (Personal and Work), Skype and Social Networks. I prefer to have a good overview of the current weather and recent pictures from Album and Camera Roll.”

A news and social media junkie, David’s also got plenty to read on his phone. “I mostly use Zite, Reeder, Twitter and Facebook to pass the time.”

How many of these apps are on your Start screen?
