Airline Introduces Electronic Tags To Prevent Lost Luggage

We all have stories about airlines losing our luggage, and the nightmare it can be to ever see our bags again. In the last year alone, over 29 million bags have either been lost or damaged by airlines. But the Australian Airline Qantas is beginning to implement the “Q-Bag Tag,” an electronic tag that is attached to passenger’s luggage that carries their personal information and destination and can also be located anywhere in the world. It’s such a simple and elegant idea, it’s shocking that this hasn’t been implemented sooner. What do you think? Will this take the worry away of losing your luggage when you travel?
