San Francisco Developers Sweet on IE11 and modern.IE Tools

And now, another update from the IE interns…

Yesterday, we took to the road to bring free treats to the developers of San Francisco! With help from the great team at Kara’s Cupcakes, we drove through the city, handing out free cupcakes and spreading the word that with the free tools available at modern.IE, developing for Internet Explorer is now a piece of cake.

While on our adventure we made a lot of new friends, and had some great discussions about the challenges that developers face in building for the modern web and how modern.IE can help. And, we were happy to hear just how excited people are for the new F12 developer tools in IE11. We even paid a visit to our friends at Mozilla and Google – and learned that nothing brings people together quite like a modern browser and delicious cupcakes.

We had a great time meeting so many of you, and were just sorry we couldn’t stop to share our love of cake and coding with more of you! But based on the great online and in-person reception, there could be more #CakeOut visits to come…
