Dance-off: deadmau5 vs. Windows Live Messenger buddy

A few months ago, one of DJ Magazine’s Top 5 artists, deadmau5 was in Seattle on a stop during his latest tour. When we heard that the electronic music producer and techie  was coming to the Microsoft campus to check out some of our hottest new technologies, we thought that this would be the perfect opportunity for the Windows Live Messenger buddy to challenge him to a dance-off in Dance Central on Kinect!

Deadmau5 later invited us and the Messenger buddy to his show that night. We had a ton of fun and wanted to share it with the world, so take a look at this video that we put together of the day with the Messenger buddy and deadmau5 at the Microsoft campus and the Paramount Theater in Seattle.  Also, be sure to check out deadmau5’s new album, 4×4=12, to get the tracks “Some Chords” and “Animal Rights” used in this video.
