Sprint to begin selling Samsung ATIV S Neo on Friday

Sprint’s summer lineup is heating up. On Friday, they launch the Samsung ATIV S Neo, their second Windows Phone 8 smartphone of the year. The phone will cost $150 with a two-year service agreement and $50 mail-in rebate.

The first Windows Phone 8 device from Sprint with international roaming capabilities, the ATIV S Neo sports a 4.8-inch HD display, 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD memory card slot, and 2,000mAh lithium-ion removable battery. The phone also features ATIV Beam, which uses NFC for sharing photos, music, and videos with other Windows Phone 8 smartphones and some Android devices.

It has an 8-megapixel main camera with LED flash and a front-facing 1.9-megapixel camera for video chat. Designed to appeal to casual shutterbugs, the phone comes with a bunch of preloaded photo apps, including Beauty Shot for smoother looking skin in headshots, Manga Camera for turning friends and family into cartoons, and Photo Editor for editing, fixing up, and sharing your pics.

So head over to a Sprint store and give the Samsung ATIV S Neo a test drive. You’ll find more info on Sprint’s website.
