New Sony VAIO | Flip PC and Tap devices start hitting store shelves

Back in September Sony announced the VAIO | Flip PC, the VAIO Tap 11 and Tap 21—a collection of gorgeous, powerful and innovative devices. I am pleased to report that you can soon have one for yourself or pick one up as a gift just in time for the holiday shopping season

The VAIO | Flip PC has multiple devices in the series. First up is the VAIO Fit 13A | Flip PC starting at $1099. The VAIO Fit 15A | Flip PC is $799 while the VAIO Fit 14A | Flip PC has a very attractive starting price of $749. The unique design of VAIO | Flip PC maintains the full functionality of a conventional notebook PC with the ability to switch between laptop, tablet and viewer modes – the perfect blend of productivity and entertainment. All of these beauties have Full HD touchscreen displays, HDMI ports, SD card readers and USB ports so you can connect them to your favorite peripheral devices.

The VAIO Tap 11 is a small, yet powerful 11.6” tablet. It too, has a Full HD touchscreen and comes in your choice of white or black. It starts at $799 and that price includes the detachable wireless keyboard and the pressure sensitive Active Pen enabling you to type emails, blogs, and papers easily.

The VAIO Tap 21 features a stunning 21.5” screen, packs an Intel Core i5 processor, up to 16GB of storage and the best part is that you can easily move it from room to room because it has a built in battery. It has a starting price of $999. The VAIO Tap 20 was a personal favorite PC of mine when it launched a year ago, and I am so excited to get my hands on this one!
