The Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet will be available starting on November 22nd. You will be able to purchase the Lumia 2520 (in black) from AT&T for $399.99 with a two-year agreement, or for $199.99 with a two-year agreement when bundled with a Lumia 925, Lumia 1020, or Lumia 1520 Windows Phone. The Lumia 2520 comes with a stunning 10.1-inch full HD display with ClearBlack technology. The ClearBlack technology is what gives the device great outdoor readability. It weighs only 22 ounces so it’s super light to carry around and travel with. And you get up to 11 hours of battery life. You also get a 6.7 megapixel rear-facing camera with ZEISS optics for capturing photos with great quality and color. The Lumia 2520 from AT&T will come with 32GB of storage with a microSD slow for expandable memory. It’s powered by Windows RT 8.1 and comes with Microsoft Office 2013 RT.
The Lumia 2520 also comes with some unique software experiences that are exclusive to Nokia Lumia devices:
- Nokia Storyteller: Nokia Storyteller will automatically compile your pictures from Facebook, SkyDrive, Picasa, Flickr and even your Lumia smartphone – into a single timeline. With the Lumia Share app will allow your Lumia smartphone to interact with your Lumia 2520 and view all your images in Storyteller, connecting via NFC. You can zoom out to a map for details about the physical surrounding of stories around your pictures.
- Nokia Video Director: Nokia Video Director lets you do advanced video editing of videos captured on both the Nokia Lumia 2520 and Lumia smartphones. Shoot a video on your Lumia smartphone, share with Nokia Lumia 2520 and then edit it with Nokia Video Director.
- Nokia Music: The Lumia 2520 will come with an exclusive version of Nokia Music with Mix Radio for a rich music discovery experience.
- HERE Maps: With HERE Maps, you’ll get true offline map support for a fast and reliable maps experience even in areas with no connectivity.
The Lumia 2520 will also come with the Dragon’s Adventure app developed in partnership with DreamWorks Animation that uses HERE Maps and LiveSight a “How to Train Your Dragon” themed adventure for your entire family.
You can also pair the Lumia 2520 with the Nokia Power Keyboard for up to 5 additional hours of battery life, as touch pad, and 2 full USB ports. The Nokia Power Keyboard is sold separately for $149 and will come in black and red.
