Get access to the Project Spark Beta by visiting a Microsoft Store

A few weeks ago, I did a blog post on Project Spark and how it is a game that lets you build and share your own games across Windows 8, Xbox One and Xbox 360. Project Spark is currently available as a beta for Windows 8 and you can request a beta key by going to ProjectSpark.com. Every week, beta codes are sent out. However, there is a way to get in on the Project Spark Beta even faster. Our Microsoft Stores are handing out access code cards that give you immediate access to the beta on Windows 8.

At each of our Microsoft Stores, the Project Spark Beta is installed on either the All-in-one PCs or running the big touchscreens in the mall hallway outside of the store for you to get a hands-on experience with Project Spark and what it’s like to create a world on your own! You can also sign-up for a Project Spark workshop at our Microsoft Stores where you’ll sit in the store’s classroom and have an instructor walk you through the basics of “koding” in Project Spark – for free! Find a Microsoft Store near-by and get started with Project Spark.
