Now Cortana can help you learn to do things on your Windows Phone device. Get the latest version of the Help+Tips app for Windows Phone, then ask her how to make a phone call, add contacts, even how to use Cortana (bit of an “Inception” there). Just make sure to say “How do I…” when you try it out—e.g. “How do I back up my phone?” She’ll get you to the right info in the app.
