HP announces new Mini Desktops for home and Workstation for the office



Today, HP has announced three new products that will further expand their robust business and consumer portfolio. Please welcome the HP Pavilion Mini Desktop, HP Stream Mini Desktop and ZBook Workstation to the HP family.

If space is at a premium in your house, then don’t miss the HP Pavilion and HP Stream Mini Desktops. These Mini Desktops are exactly what they sound like—mini! They have a very compact designed are made to be tucked away, detracting from clutter not adding to it.

The Pavilion Mini Desktop is just a hair over 2 inches tall and weighs only 1.6 pounds, so imagine a full desktop computer that can fit in the palm of your hand. It is powered by Windows and up to an Intel Core i7 processor, so you can surf the web, play games, work on homework, edit pictures and so much more with ease. The Pavilion Mini Desktop has a DisplayPort and HDMI connectivity so that you can connect to monitors and other devices like your TV.

The HP Stream Mini Desktop is more affordable and has some different offerings that then HP Pavilion. It has a 32 GB SSD for extra speed and comes with 200 GB of Microsoft OneDrive storage for two year so you will have lots of space for your files, documents and photos. If you are a color lover you are also in luck because the Stream Mini Desktop comes in Cobalt Blue.

Now moving on to the HP ZBook 14 and 15u—HPs latest offerings for business. These second generation workstations are workhorses! These notebooks come in 14” and 15.6” sizes and offer customization options so that you can get the best configuration for your business needs.

Running Windows, powered by Intel’s 5th Generation Core processor, AMD graphics, up to 16 GB of memory and up to 1.25 TB of storage, you will basically be ready for anything work can throw your way. The ZBook 14 has an optional touch display and both of these workstations underwent 115,000 hours of testing in the HP Total Test Process.

If you are excited to get your hands on these products for yourself you will only have to wait a matter of weeks! The HP Pavilion Mini Desktop will start at $319 and HP Stream Mini Desktop will start at an impressive $179.00—this price includes the bundled keyboard and mouse. They are expected to be available in the US on January 14th on HP’s website and at select retailers on February 8th.  The ZBook workstations are expected to be available worldwide in January starting at $1,249 for the 14” and $1,199 for the 15”.
