Acer’s most recent Windows 11 lineup includes innovative gaming laptops, Swift 3 OLED and TravelMate
Acer’s latest lineup includes innovative laptops for gaming, work and all aspects of modern life through new and refreshed Windows 11 PCs across the Predator, Swift, Spin and TravelMate series.
The Predator Helios 300 SpatialLabs Edition gaming laptop brings glasses-free, stereoscopic 3D to the world of gaming. Through the new SpatialLabs TrueGame application, gamers can play 50 supported games at launch in a 3D mode on the device. Rooms will appear more spacious, and objects genuinely layered, in real-time, without the need for special glasses. A combination of an eye-tracking solution, a stereoscopic 3D display and real-time rendering technologies creates the SpatialLabs experience.
The laptop display consists of a 15.6-inch UHD 2D panel with a liquid crystal lenticular lens optically bonded on top of it, together forming a module that can be switched back and forth between 2D and stereoscopic 3D views.
To power these real-time 3D experiences, the device features 12th Gen Intel Core i9 processors, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPUs, up to 32GB DDR5-4800 memory and PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSDs RAID 0 storage. A dual-fan layout that includes one 5th Gen AeroBlade 3D fan helps keep the system running cool, with additional support from liquid metal thermal grease and Acer’s CoolBoost technology.
Running Windows 11, the laptop comes with Killer DoubleShot Pro and Wi-Fi 6E (E2600+1675i) connectivity in addition to ports that can connect to external monitors.
Acer also unveiled a suite of new laptops across its popular Swift and Spin notebook ranges, all featuring 12th Gen Intel Core processors and Windows 11.
The new Acer Swift 3 OLED laptop is powered by the latest 12th Gen Intel Core H-series processors with Intel Iris Xe graphics, PCIe Gen4 SSDs and up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 memory. For professionals, freelancers and students, this ensures powerful performance for creation-focused work and gaming. The laptop has also been Intel Evo verified, so it includes instant wake from sleep and offers 10 hours [1] of real-world battery life. In a pinch, a 30-minute charge yields over four hours of battery life.
It comes with a 14-inch 16:10 WQXGA+ (2.8k) OLED display with a 92% screen-to-body ratio, which is VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500-certified. This provides true-to-life images supporting 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. The laptop has a 17.9 mm-thin aluminum metal chassis, weighs about three pounds and also incorporates a sustainable feature: an OceanGlass touchpad made from ocean-bound plastic waste that delivers a glass-like tactile feeling when scrolling.
For those who need reliable and fast online connectivity, there’s Intel Wi-Fi 6E. And since video calls are so standard now, the FHD MIPI webcam emerges as a valuable feature, especially with Acer’s Temporal Noise Reduction (TNR) technology to provide high-quality video feedback even when in low-light conditions. Acer PurifiedVoice with AI Noise Reduction ensures that a user’s voice comes through loud and clear.
Acer also refreshed its TravelMate business laptops for small- and medium-sized businesses and hybrid workers, offering them a wider choice of mobility and performance. Each of these durable laptops include larger touchpads and quieter key presses.
These laptops are designed to deliver powerful performance throughout the workday, as well as enhanced security, advanced connectivity and military-grade durability. They are built to handle real life situations, such as being bumped through an airport security checkpoint and are certified to meet MIL-STD 810H impact resistance – meaning they can withstand drops, humidity and water spills.
The Acer TravelMate P4 and TravelMate Spin P4 are Microsoft Secured-core PCs that deliver advanced security down to the firmware level. A SecureBio fingerprint reader and IR camera with a privacy shutter support Windows Hello for safer logins.
These laptops come with the latest AMD Ryzen PRO 6000 Series mobile processors with PRO technologies and with the Pluton hardware security processor designed by Microsoft. In these devices, the Microsoft Pluton technology is integrated directly into the CPU, significantly raising the Acer TravelMate’s ability to withstand sophisticated physical attacks if the device is lost or stolen. These are the first devices incorporating Pluton that ship with the Pluton Security Processor enabled by default out of the factory, enhancing security from the chip to cloud and enabling secure Windows updates to Pluton as the threat landscape continues to evolve. This flexibility and updateability is critical to protecting the device as well as identities and data that reside on it.
WiFi 6 ensures a smoother wireless experience online, and optional LTE support can help business travelers with immediate connectivity to local networks.
The 14- and 16-inch TravelMate P4 and the 14-inch TravelMate Spin P4 laptops are available with either 12th Gen Intel Core i7 vPro or AMD Ryzen 7 PRO processors. The WUXGA (1920 x 1200) IPS narrow-bezel display delivers an up to 86% screen-to-body ratio [2], while the 16:10 aspect ratio maximizes the use of the screen space further when you’re using Snap Assist or Desktop Groups. High quality video conferencing is a big facet with these Windows 11 PCs, with AI-powered noise reduction microphones, four upward speakers and built-in DTS Audio for distortion-free audio — all powerful tools for Microsoft Teams calls and chats.
The convertible TravelMate Spin P4 also comes with an anti-glare display, which users can rotate 360 degrees into laptop, stand, tent or tablet modes. For more accurate feeling and additional gesture controls, its scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass touchpad supports an AES 1.0 stylus for easy note taking. Whether you choose digital pens, touchscreens or voice typing, Windows 11 helps make it easier to work the way you prefer.
These eco-friendly laptops use up to 37.7% PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastic [3] and 100% recycled packaging materials.
