Jorge Peraza

Jorge Peraza is the developer owner for the Widget Framework on Windows Mobile 6.5. He has been a developer with Microsoft for seven years working on a range of products from the Windows platform to cloud services. Since he joined Mobile Devices, he helped ship the Sliding Panel home screen for Windows Mobile 6.1 and the new desktop-based Internet Browser for Windows Mobile. He graduated top of his class with a computer engineering degree from ITESO University in Guadalajara, Mexico. Jorge currently lives in Seattle, Washington and enjoys travel and wine tasting.
