GLOBAL – The first Nokia Booklet 3G mini laptops have begun to hit shelves this week, with Germany’s O2 stores playing exclusive host to the diminutive device’s global debut. Pre-orders have also now begun Stateside, where the Booklet 3G is expected to land on laps via AT&T and Best Buy stores from mid-November.

This week the Booklet 3G has hit shelves in Germany, available to O2 customers for €249 upfront and then €20 per month over 24 months. There’s also an optional flat rate data tariff of €25 per month. As for Stateside, pre-orders have begun with the launch deal seeing the Booklet 3G being made available for $299.99 with an AT&T Data Connect plan two-year activation (read the full story).
