Help Us Judge “Calling All Innovators” Apps

Continuing with the theme of Appstravaganza, it’s time to start checking out some brand new apps, all in the name of helping an undiscovered app get its day in the limelight! That’s right, the time has come for the next phase of our Calling All Innovators competition to begin. We’re at the stage where all applications have been submitted and are ready to be judged by you as part of the overall judging process.

Just to refresh your memory, there is $10M in prizes to be won including $4M in cash and $6M in Nokia marketing. Two Grand Prize Winners will each win $250K in cash and $1.9M in Nokia marketing. Seventeen Category Winners will each win $150K in cash. And five hundred developers will win a new customized Symbian^3 smartphone.

In order to tally the vote, let’s get the party started with the first round. This first round of judging will be based on the number of downloads an entry (app) achieves.

To make finding the candidate apps really easy, we’ve created App Judgement (and accompanying Facebook App), an application that allows you get access to all the entries in one go-to place.  Think of App Judgement as your hub for all the applications eligible for the contest. App Judgment is available globally for all new Symbian devices except the Nokia E6.

Using the App Judgment, you can download contest entries and even share apps you enjoy with your friends and colleagues via text, email, Facebook and Twitter. You can also see which apps have the most Likes on Facebook.
