Announced today: Nokia Imaging SDK 1.2 and Lumia SensorCore SDK

Announced today – Nokia Imaging SDK 1.2 officially released today, and it’s ready for the converged Windows platform. With new APIs including an Animated GIF Renderer, Image Aligner and Local Blending, it’s now easier than ever to create the next generation of imaging apps for Windows and Windows Phone 8.1. 

Also announced today is the public beta of Lumia SensorCore SDK. Develop power-efficient life-logging apps using the sensor hardware now available in some Lumia smartphones, taking advantage of new APIs such as Step Counter, Activity Monitor, Place Monitor and Track Point Monitor.
