Today I wore my hair in a braid like Katniss Everdeen. I’m 28. It’s probably embarrassing that I’m enamored with a book focused on the tween audience and yet, I can’t help but talk about the books, eagerly await the movie, and follow the Facebook page. I’m not embarrassed; I’m excited. So, I was also super thrilled to find that there is a Hunger Games PC and in store events at the Microsoft Stores.
HP and Microsoft Store created a Hunger Games PC based on their truly awesome HP Folio13. The HP Folio13 is an incredibly thin and super light Ultrabook PC. It has up to 9.5 hours of battery life and a 2nd generation Intel Core i5 processor meaning that it can work at lightening speeds and last from anywhere. Basically, if you were stuck in the Hunger Games and fighting off the other recruits, this PC would be the ultimate weapon. Okay, it might be second to Katniss’ bow but barely.
If you don’t have the cash to spend on a PC, you can drop by the Microsoft store over the next few days to see the stars of the movie and have a chance to win one! At various Microsoft Store events, you can see Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and others.
