ID@Xbox Brings a Stellar Windows 10 Lineup to GDC 2016

As we announced yesterday, Microsoft has lots of amazing things going on at this year’s Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, from the announcement of cross-network play to ID@Xbox support on Windows 10.

Starting today at GDC, we’re also thrilled to offer a sneak peek at some of the hottest games that are in development for Xbox One and Windows 10, via the ID@Xbox program. Between our GDC Lobby Bar and the press event that we’re hosting today, we’ve got a whopping 40 ID@Xbox games to show off during GDC, including some Windows 10 titles that we’re particularly excited about.

RockFish Games’ Everspace, for instance, is a 3D shooter that takes an in-depth look at the beauty of space, while sending you to exotic destinations. You’re a space pilot, and you must get your cargo to your destination without being shot down by enemy ships. Bulkhead Interactive’s The Turing Test is a first-person puzzler that explores the phenomena of consciousness and challenges the meaning of human intuition, as you take control of Ava Turing – an engineer for the International Space Agency (ISA). And in Dovetail Games’ Flight Simulator, you’ll take to the skies, flying some of the world’s most iconic aircraft to any one of 24,000 destinations.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg! For the full list of games, check out Director of ID@Xbox Chris Charla’s GDC recap on Xbox Wire. It’s a great time to be an independent developer – and a great time to be a gamer who reaps all of this amazing fruit!
