Pre-orders begin ahead of May 26 launch of Minecraft Dungeons

The Minecraft team announced Tuesday that Minecraft Dungeons – a new action-adventure, dungeon crawler-style game – will be available May 26 on Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Xbox Game Pass. Pre-orders begin now for the game.

“As you all know, we initially planned to release Minecraft Dungeons by the end of April,” the Minecraft team writes in its blog post. “However, due to the current state of the world, this was no longer possible, as we wanted to guarantee the health and safety of our teams, and empower them to deliver the best possible experience to you, our players. We hope you’ll find it was worth the wait.”

Head over to the Minecraft blog post to find out what’s in the two editions of the game, how to pre-order it and more.
