Pre-order Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition, which launches Oct. 15

At Gamescom, the debut trailer for Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition kicked off pre-orders for the game, which will launch on Oct. 15.

Players can expect 4K graphics, rebuilt 3D assets, modernized UI, cross-play multiplayer and a fully enhanced soundtrack. They’ll also find two new game modes and two new civilizations exclusive to the definitive edition.

Pre-orders are available now through Steam and the Microsoft Store or you can pre-install on Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta). There are multiple offers to give you the best deal, whether you’re an existing Definitive Edition owner or trying Age of Empires for the first time.
